I have pain in the back of my knee, maybe more on the lower leg/calf area.? - back of knee pain more condition_symptoms
If you extend the leg after he folded sittiing regularly or as curled up on the sofa, I feel pain behind the knee in a straight line. So when I go into the IT, I believe that my knee gives me, and I lag a few seconds before I was able to walk normally. It does not seem to have pain when walking or exercising. Ideas?

Perhaps sitting on ur legs too long for the nerves to sleep, or may be early signs of arthritis.
