The first is whether the blood comes from the lungs or other parts of the respiratory tract. Since you have no cough, the blood can come from the sinuses, tonsils, esophagus, etc. This could bring ENT [ear, nose and throat doctor] is a good starting point for medical care.

It is also possible that the passages are irritated the lungs, such as COPD [chronic obstructive pulmonary], bronchitis, etc.

Each lung irritation May cause leakage of blood from the blood vessels in the vicinity of the crossing surface. This may seem like a blood clot or striped ejection.

This has the potential to have serious consequences. I am recommending as a doctor as soon as possible.

My best wishes for you!

Blood clots or blood from any part of the body is never a good sign. If you have a cool head, clear the throat, said the most likely from the lung, you know that you smoke. This is actually one of the first symptoms of lung cancer, so I suggest you immediately go see a doctor and ask your doctor whether a CT scan or x-ray. These are just two of many types of cancer diagnosis, but they are very inaccurate, since all results were later confirmed by biopsy.

If I am not able to answer all your questions, please send me an e-mail.
